I am skilled at solving complex business problems by designing customer-oriented solutions.
Since 2013, I've led UX projects and processes, co-managed a digital strategy for a governmental culture institution, designed one of the biggest online news magazines in Poland and created a lighting talks conference Experience Night.
With 6+ years of experience in designing digital experiences, I have a unique skillset combined of design techniques, technical and programming skills and passion for psychology.
Areas of Expertise
WIREFRAMES AND PROTOTYPING
The most fundamental tool in the field of UX design has no secrets to me. I am experienced in such UX software as Axure RP, Sketch, InVision and UXPin, not to discard the importance of paper prototyping, which marks the beginning of every great project.
As a UX designer I am not only a user advocate, but also a business ally. My deep knowledge of business processes, which I gained in collaboration with representatives of companies such as Nespresso, Newsweek or Edipresse, makes me a valuable member of the project team.
DESIGN SPRINTS AND WORKSHOP FACILITATION
The best solutions can be created only in an engaging and encouraging environment. I have a huge experience in and huge passion for designing creative workshops and I can always come up with a new workshop technique that will help us reach our goal.
COGNITIVE AND BEHAVIOURAL PSYCHOLOGY
User Experience Design has not emerged in a vacuum. I am constantly exploring the field of psychology in order to better understand the people I am designing for and communicate with them in the clearest and most friendly way.
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
That's my private favourite. Organising the information in the clearest way, designing the logics behind it and the user flows to make use of it - no good design can do without those.
In the end, it's the interaction between the user and the interface that's going to take place. My role is to ensure it's going to happen in the smoothest and most delightful way.
